As it is the hotel of the JR(JapanRailway) group, therefore it is located next to Sendai station.
Sendai station and the areas around of the station are renovated huge size recently, it is very convenient whatever outing, eating or shopping from early in the morning to the midnight.
Hotel staffs were friendly and think about what I want to do in advance. Really I could relax very well.
I'm sure that making a reservation of this hotel for my next trip.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city - close to the restaurant area by the old port. Very convenient.
would recommend this hotel. Only thing to be aware of is that the bed and couch is very low (Japanese style) - a bit
hard on old bodies.

The room was a little smaller than what we had in Akita, so we were a little disappointed. We had the same type of room. The location was a bit far from the station and the free schuttle is only for the morning hours. Took the 100 yen bus to travel around the city.
The Fujita Garden was exceptional and Hirosaki Park was absolutely beautiful with the autumn leaves. It was the highlight of our trip.

Nice and clean. People/staff are very helpful. This hotel to me looks alike a business hotel despite its size, it delivered what it could to customers very nicely. I look forward to staying in these hotels around Japan in the furture
