Our group of six enjoyed our stay here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and they were ready at the train station to pick us up and gave us a ride back when we left. The location was great — the river was nearby with views of Denali and the shops, restaurants, and historical sites were all within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

Simple, but clean and short walk to lookout and main shop/restaurant area. Amazing view of the mountains right outside the rooms! Loved sitting outside to soak it in! Could use a mirror in the main bed area for convenience close to electrical outlets. I would stay here again!

The room was small, but adequate. The hotel was a bit off the main tourist road, so it was peaceful. We had a good view. There is a nice lounge. It was close to all the gift shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. All in all, it was quaint, quiet, clean, friendly, and well maintained. I would stay here again.

The Inn is sparklingly clean, but it is quite dated. New carpeting/ flooring would be great. The location, though, is perfect. Staying right in Talkeetna allowed everyone in our group of 8 to do their own thing....we could walk everywhere! Proximity to the water and direct views of the "big three" made this hotel perfect for us.

Great place to crash after three weeks in the mountains. Nothing fancy, no frills, no extras - beds were comfortable, the shower good, coffee maker in the room when waking up early. Just the bare necessities, that’s it.

You get a bug zapper. They also play bingo at 7 o’clock, but you must be 21+ to play. Beds are comfortable and clean. Great walking distance to the downtown area. Right next to the river.

This quaint little place was just coming back to life for the summer but was already great. Sue was SO helpful, kind and friendly. The room was simple but just what we needed. The location was perfect--right on the river, a little away from town, but within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.
