The front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean enough but the lighting wasn't great and made the room look dark with the color scheme. The sink area in the bathroom was a bit small but clean. Parking was convenient and Breakfast was AWESOME!

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cullman by IHG
The pool was not heated at all, that’s why we chose this hotel. The breakfast was extremely poor. The bagels were hard, eggs were just bad. I guess the only thing good was things like yogurt and cereal and milk.

Dirty hallways floors-3rd floor hallway ceiling was missing 2 panels all 10 days, workman brought me a remote for the tv that still was out for 10 days, The key lock failed for 4 days ! Heard a real gun shot in the parking lot & called 911 ! A depressing experience. I won’t stay here again.
