Ski slopes very easy to acces. Room is excellent. Hotel is dated and obviously owner has not invested in years. Overpriced for what is offered yet location is excellent.

Alpes Hôtel du Pralong
Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.

Great location. All staff were wonderful - except for the manager. She was unwelcoming and quite rude from the moment we arrived. However, all other staff were extremely helpful - especially Sidney in the breakfast dining room. Room was spotless and housekeeping were very thorough.
