Our stay was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay as it’s in the center of town & can easily reach other places. Customer service is excellent. We had to leave one of our suitcase with them. They kept it safe for no extra charge.
The TV picture quality was not good. Also the choice of channels were insufficient. For a person who stayed 14 nights, it was boring because this was lacking.
As always the hotel is best for the business stays in a budget. Also exchange currency / cinemas and shopping malls are near walkable by 5-10 min. Staffs are really nice
Central location. Walking distance to restaurants, banks, shopping centers etc. Very clean lobby, elevator, room and bath room. Want to give a big shout out to Anuradha from the front desk for his courteous, professional and friendly service. Same goes for Sakunthala and Susantha.
It was a quick and easy accessible stop. If you looking for
1-3 night stay good for the bucks, this could be the spot.

Eating At the hotel resturant mango - too expensive but for that money, you have find a lot of great restaurants just outside across the hotel / with in 100 meters left side of the hotel.

So many restaurants around the property
The bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. My room had a shared balcony. The curtains could be thicker though. During day, the sunlight gets directly in my room. This hotel is located in a very convenient location. Easy access to major shopping malls, hospitals etc. i would say this is value for money!
I visited the property with my partner. Hotel is situated in the quite easy place to get in without any disturbance. The reception staff were attentive and they did the check-In speedily. my partner was delighted from their welcome drink and special thank for that. however our first impression about the hotel was ok. And special thanks for Mr.Rajapaksha who has accompanied us to our room and provided information about the property. However, the hotel is consist with Indian Menus with limited options. we really faced a difficulty to order our food. however the plus point is my partner got delighted. Thanks GSH!
The convenience of travel and the extremely helpful staff. Two names to be mentioned the room boy Kapila and the Concierge Raja. Raja is the most efficient and friendly concierge we have met with in all our travels in Europe, America and Asia.
On the downside is the noise from buses at early hours of the mornings.
