There was an issue with hot water and I had to walk my 87 year old mother in law down a flight of stairs to get out of the hotel. She must use a cane not happy at all

We just stayed here overnight on our way to Colorado and it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the building was quiet and the entire place was clean. The breakfast was really nice with a nice variety of food items. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
