The overall appearance was run down. Multiple areas on the walls, inside the elevator were spackled , but not painted. The driveway is a little treacherous. There is a sign indicating you should turn into the parking lot for the adjacent shopping center. Other than that, the property was clean, and the room was clean and nice. The parking lot is a bit tight, but this was a very busy weekend.
