The smell of marijuana was very strong and extremely unpleasant. Also, the door to my room was very difficult to open. I had to go downstairs to do laundry and again to use the dryer, and it made me feel very unsafe and anxious about leaving my room. I asked about that to a front desk stuff and he changed the card key, but still didn't go well.

My experience was not pleasant due to the condition of the room.I found mold in the shower and noticeable dirt buildup in areas including the soap holder where there was soap residue that appeared not to have been cleaned for some time.There was dust on the floor hairs and dust behind the doors.I also found eyelashes between the bed sheets.I arrived at the hotel late and was very tired so I did not initially notice these issues.The room smelled clean which gave the impression that it had been properly serviced and I did not inspect it closely at that time.However it later became clear that housekeeping may not be paying close attention to certain areas such as behind doors and it appeared that the bedding may not have been properly changed.When I checked out I informed the front desk associate who was very kind and provided me with the manager’s business card. I spoke with the manager San Barot today.He advised that because I did not book the room directly through the hotel, there was nothing he could do and suggested that I contact you directly.I explained that my intention is not simply to complain but rather to express my concern.As a guest I expect the room to meet basic cleanliness standards especially considering the amount paid.I understand that management cannot personally inspect every room it is important to bring these matters to their attention.Given the condition of the room I do not feel it is fair to pay the full amount charged.I have pics to provide. Thank you

Check in went well, but afterwards not so well. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the outdoor trash can were full and overloaded. When I entered the room, it smelled nice. As I made my way to the ice bucket it was filthy. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty in the shower. I left for the evening and upon my return (5hrs) the trash cans were still overloaded and all through the next day at check out remained the same. There were dead crickets the room at the entrance. There was no hand wash either. The AC had a fungus Oder and made me cough through the night. A portion of tv was held by tape. Although the hotel says breakfast provided, it was only yogurt and muffins and the dining area was dirty. The bed sheets had hair/lent chunks.

There was no hot tub on site as advertised, and the pool/non-working hot tub were pretty icky. "Breakfast" was small, individually packaged muffins (chocolate or blueberry), small yogurt, and coffee. Pictures make the property look much nicer than it actually is. They also charged the card the morning of arrival (before we actually got there) when I had chosen to pay at the hotel. At least parking was free, and the Internet worked well.

This was a decent place to stay for the price and location. There were a lot of ladies of the night but I did not feel unsafe at any point. The birria place next door made it all worth it.

Thee worst! Was looking forward to the stay because reviews were decent compared to others in the area. I recieved a pre check in email 4 hours before my arrival as I was flying in. I filled it out. At some point during my commute to the hotel they tried to charge my card without me giving consent. My bank caught it and blocked the charge. When I arrived at the hotel to pay in person and check in. The front desk informed me they canceled my reservation and they were sold out. Canceled my reservation without a courtesy call or anything. The rep was not helpful. All other hotels had tripled in cost because I had booked days before. I just drove around and end up going to something mess in the area.

The floors were not very clean light dirt. I had planned on on a Mac buffet breakfast, which was advertised when I took the room, all I had was coffee in a roll for whatever reason so I was very disappointed, I would not say there again
