My stay at the best Western was excellent. I stayed for three nights. The best part of my trip was the super comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was also very good and the kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay at this Best Western again if I am ever back in Abbotsford again.

Check in staff were great, there was a miserable old woman working breakfast. Room was clean pillows were great and bed was a little too firm which is weird for me to say. Pool was nice but the hot tub had so much chlorine in it just the fumes burnt my eyes, overall it’s a decent run of the mill hotel

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. There are hot tubs and pools. Unfortunately the breakfast was not great, and we found the staff at the front were not very helpful and difficult to understand. When we asked where the breakfast was they directed us to cross the parking lot, and instructed us it was at the doors to the right of Ricky's Restaurant. When we went to that area there was a small private dining area that was empty - eventually some Ricky's staff directed us to the other end of the building (the front - street facing portion). Not helpful when you are pushed for time getting to the airport. The hotel is an 8 min ride from Abbotsford Airport which was handy.
