We LOVED this hotel, it is, as many Japanese hotels are, a bit tiny but the service, the amenities, the cute calm location and being attached to the hotel... 10/10. Only issue is that the airport hotel bus system is very confusing so if youre booking we'd advise ensuring if you’re flying out of Narita ...

Kawagoe Tobu Hotel
シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓 バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。

Palace Hotel Omiya
Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌

Toyoko Inn Tokorozawa-eki Nishi-guchi
The room was small but very clean and well appointed. The shower was great with good pressure and lots of hot water. EXCELLENT value! We would stay again.
