Clean room. Good staff. However, only 1 elevator so takes time to access and there is no non emergency stairs as an alternative.

Kawagoe Tobu Hotel
シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あ るボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓 バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。

Palace Hotel Omiya
Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌
