Right on the ocean front with a small beach at your doorstep. Nice to wake up and take a short walk to the restaurant. The restaurant makes a fantastic omelet, cooked in any fashion that suits you. Room was clean and housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working. We were offered a portable air conditioner, which is unacceptable. We changed to the only other room that was offered to us which was on the first floor off the parking lot. Room was very noisy and we heard banging and car doors closing all night. ...

Aston Kona by the Sea
This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona.
