The reception staff were excellent at the Ibis recognising that my wife may need an accessible room which they arranged with an early check in. This is a nice comfortable hotel with lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and a bit stuffy but fine for 1 night for a business trip. The pool area is dated and needs cleaning / upgrading. I didn't have the breakfast as it was expensive, walked to a nearby cafe which was very nice
