It was clean, but older and small. No exhaust fan for bathroom. Really noisy air conditioner/heater that was mounted on the top of the wall. We shut it off while sleeping. It was fine for a short overnight sleep. Glad there was a fly swater in the room

Great place, kind staff. Only issue was presence of flies. Not the hotel’s fault, and they provided fly swatter. Great view of the river.

I had requested a top floor and believed we were going to be in building one. We weren't. The room was clean - except for the numerous flies. This is a known problem for there was a fly swatter by the door. I'm not sure what more can be dine but they are annoying. This is good "stopping for the night and moving on place. Comfy beds. However if you are staying for a couple days, the room is dark, dank and not much fun to just hang out in.

Good value along the Missouri River

Overall a good stay right along the Missouri River. The outside and lobby need a lot of work, as the first impression you get when you drive in isn't positive. However, the room and bathroom were clean, facility was safe, water pressure was excellent, and location can't be beat. The "grab & go" breakfast was very limited. But at that price, I didn't expect anything. Overall a good value.

Fine for an overnight stop.

We stayed in the one story building. First impressions weren't the best. The hotel is old and run down on the outside and the parking lot is in rough shape. The room itself was dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and the view of the bridge and across the river was pretty. There was a small breakfast offered - coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars, mini muffins, applesauce, and juice.

Old style hotel on the river

Business trip and just an overnight stay. Believe this is a local family owned hotel, which I like to support. An older hotel, with actual room keys and old style exterior room access. Although some things are older, it functioned well for my needs and they have tried to update items as needed. With the older hotel, the floor is not level, some items may not be the newest and there is your own room fly swatter (you are in South Dakota, so there are flies), but it is along the river and worth checking out the view of the bridge, thus the hotel name. Very basic continental breakfast, which get's picked over quickly. I call the quirks of the room, just some old world charm.
