"AN OUTSTANDING OWNED HOTEL WITH LOCAL FLAVOR"
This hotel was suggested by our Cebuana friend, and we are glad she did. The reservation and the affiliated tour Offices were very prompt in answering my requests for info. Upon arrival, the courtesy shuttle service was very courteous and helpful. We were greatly impressed with the checkin-desks by welcoming us with a yummy local midnight snack. The following morning the CONSIERGE, Mr. Davijun Padrillo helped us in arranging our tours and with his valuadle suggestions and arrangements made it easy for us to enjoy Cebu at our phase. The restaurant staff, from breakfast through dinner were very courteous and made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent food and service. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were just great.

"Conveniently located near Ayala Centre Cebu"
We love the junior suite room. Big enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids and with lots of luggage. Very helpful staff. Within a short walk to Ayala centre.

"Best location for me, good transportation link."
Internet functions quite well now, and the food menu is still reasonable. Cell phone load can be purchased at the front desk, and the cable tv is more than adequate.

"Service Excellent and Staff the ambassador Level "
Staying at waterfront every time I come to Cebu is an experience. The staff at all over very helpful and courtesy. The staff at ambassador level over whelming with helpfulness. Even with problems associated with the room and level of thoroughness in detail. They rectify a bad situation to an excellent with in a timely manner of efficiency. Would recommend the place to my friends and family. Kids love the pool and an excellent gym setup. My congratulations to a staff with excellent training and most important people skills. Well Done !!!!!!

"Last minute hotel stay"
Not a bad place as family needed a place to stay for one night while traveling back home. Room was clean and comfortable for the price. Not high-end, but didn't need that anyways.

"My kind of hotel!"
My wife and I have only pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The rating of 4-star plus is about right. Hotel staff were all very pleasant and eager to please. Buffet breakfast which was part of the package tour, was plentiful and and there was good quality and variety of foods to choose from to cater to both international and local tourists (from fresh fruits, eggs the way you want it, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, variety of breads, rice, porridge, and some local favorites like "dilis", "suman", and other types of rice cakes, you name it). The non-smoking room we had was the size of a one-bedroom flat, king-size bed was comfy and the sheets clean and crisp. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a standing shower and a soaker tub. There was a smaller tv in front of the tub. There's a pool and a gym which we weren't able to use. Wifi was very good. As first time visitors to Cebu, it was the perfect hotel to stay. The amenities were adequate for our needs (who would want to pay for amenities you don't actually need anyway?). It's location is perfect as there are lots of shops, banks, restaurants within short walk.

"excellent staff performance"
- very friendly and accommodating staff from the entrance i.e- security, reception, bell boys, housekeeping and prompt respond to solve minor bathroom leak by the maintenance staff nice entertainment during our dinner at the restaurant on the 4th floor food was great! staff very well tained - airconditioning quiet and functioning well -staff in charge of the mini bar approached us that maybe 2 items were missing; honestly, we did not consume any of it; suggestion to future occupants to make just a quick inventory to make sure that the contents of the minibar corresponds with their list. I was willing to cover the cost for the staff- apparently they are the ones charged? if items are missing, but the check-in receptionist said she'll "sign for it"- (whatever it means)

"Close to shopping and dinning amentities."
The rooms are clean and hotel staff always willing to provide good/great service. I do notice the small wear and tear, that are not noticeable at first, but after staying at different rooms, some rooms are better kept than others.

Cebu is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Cebu, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Cebu hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
