Chambre mal isolée, beaucoup de bruit . Il n'y a qu'une seule prise électrique et elle se trouve dans la salle de bain. Pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter les bagages par l'escalier. Je suis surprise des 3 étoiles de cet hÎtel.

3 chambres rĂ©servĂ©es dans le cadre d'un sĂ©jour professionnel et... une avec un vieux matelas mou et dĂ©chirĂ©, une autre avec des cafards, les trois avec une. propretĂ© douteuse... Bref, nous avons. prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© changer d'hĂŽtel en cours de sĂ©jour car ce n'est pas acceptable de la part d'une chaine comme Ibis, mĂȘme si ce n'est pas un Ibis Styles... Ce qui est certain, c'est que notre entreprise ne rĂ©servera plus de chambres dans cet Ă©tablissement.

4 étoiles décrochées en regardant le ciel !!!

TransfĂ©rĂ© Ă  l’Ibis Style. J'ai tentĂ© de dormir la nuit du 14 fĂ©vrier 2021, impossible... les portes claquaient sans cesses toute la nuit avec des allez-retour interminables et bruyants ! Je le signale Ă  l'accueil, aucune excuses annoncĂ©es... Ă  en lire un commentaire validĂ© du 6 fĂ©vrier sur All Accor de cet Ă©tablissement, le bruit est de coutume ! Je ne sais pas comment I'Ă©tablissement a dĂ©crochĂ© les 4 Ă©toiles ? Sans doute en regardant le ciel plutĂŽt que les prestations par I'auditeur !!! Impossible de rĂ©gler le chauffage, pour ouvrir la fenĂȘtre il faut basculer un rideau par dessus la fenĂȘtre en faisant attention de ne pas le dĂ©chirer. Les chambres ne sont pas prĂ©vues d'ĂȘtre aĂ©rĂ©es avec ce systĂšme de rideau. Les serviettes de la salle de bain Ă©taient neuves, mais non lavĂ©es, donc n'essuyaient pas, je me suis retrouvĂ©e avec pleins de bouloches sur moi, gĂ©nial ! La moquette au sol est bien fatiguĂ©e, faut avoir envie de poser un orteil nu au sol ! TĂȘte de lit ragoĂ»tante tellement elle est usĂ©e et qu'il manque de la matiĂšre dessus! Robinet thermostatique de la beignoire capricieux. Gobelet en carton pour un 4 Ă©toiles. La livraison du petit dĂ©jeuner non respectĂ© sur le timing, en plus de n'avoir pas dormi, j'Ă©tais 10 minutes en retard, aucune excuse annoncĂ©e. Pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles, le petit dĂ©jeunĂ© vous ai servi avec une cuillĂšre en plastique rĂ©utilisĂ©e Ă  en voir les rayures. Pas de beurre, et des pĂ©pins dans le jus d’orange. Bref, hĂŽtel pleins de pĂ©pins !!!
