Cute place

Check-in was quick and easy. Kind, thoughtful & helpful woman. Room was small but nice. Only issue that evening at around 9:30 was a very methodical constant tapping for abt 30 minutes. Like someone was nailing. then again in morning for abt 5 minutes. Around 11:30pm someone was beating on a door to get into their room, that startled us & woke us from a dead sleep. Only mentioning these so that they can be looked into.

I stayed here to attend a wedding in town. The location was great, right in old town. The room itself was tiny but clean. The bed was listed as a queen but looked and felt like a full. Housekeeping never tidied our room despite them having ample time to do so. Oh well. The guest laundry was a nice plus.

The rooms have all been updated and are clean and tidy, although the bathrooms are very small with no counter space. There are no elevators so hauling your luggage up stairs is a chore! There are only a dozen or so parking spots with free public parking surrounding the hotel.

I like being in the historic downtown and we could walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel was just ok. Could hear everything in the room next door, pillows were hard, and no hot water at 5:30 am the day of checkout.
