The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendley and helpful. This is our third time using this hotel and would always choose this one over any other. The free shuttle to and from the airport really sets this hotel apart and is a big reason we first chose to stay here

The front desk staff are cold, not helpful and have no manners! If you ask a question, you’re met with “what?!” as a response. All 3 had bad English and were very hostile towards myself and daughter. Thank God it was only for 1 night because never again.

I booked a twin room without breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide both a robe and slippers for your comfort. Once booked I received confirmation of the pick up point and times of the airport shuttle. The shuttle arrived early which was great in the -2 weather, so I was able to sit on the bus and wait for the departure time. I didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities so I'm unable to comment on them.

Room temperature was too high in January and the climate control system was not adjusting accordingly. So, I turned it off completely, kept the window open for half an hour, and temperature was good for the entire night.
