The cleanliness of the room was nonexistent. It looked like there was vomit splattered on the bathroom walls behind the door. The staff was extremely loud in the hallway in the morning, making it so we were unable to sleep after a late night at the concert. When we went to checkout, there wasn’t anyone present at the front desk.

Breakfast menu was fresh. Linens and bedding were clean and very nice. Bedspread kind of not top quality. Most of all, we had lost an important card and maria, was a great assistance helping us look for it in the lobby, hallway and the breakfast area. She was also helpful in bringing extra towels. She found our valuable card for us. Kudos to Maria. The windows on the hotel were extremely dirty, sorry to say, but thought I should mention that. Definitely the front desk people were very friendly, too.

Parking lot is full of potholes. Room needed much better cleaning, it was clear they hadn't cleaned between the mattress and headboard in a while so it was full of crumbs and hair. Vending machine dispenses warm drinks. Other than that, it was comfortable.

The photos must be from when it first opened. Rooms are run down, halls are disgusting and the pool had algae growing in it. Will never come back. They jacked up rates for memorial weekend which everyone does but they can't justify their normal price on a regular night it was that bad. Exterior doors dont even have latches to keep the building secure. Don't stay here unless you have to.
