Inn at the Tides - great bang for your buck

We needed a quick getaway for Memorial Day weekend and decided to go to Bodega Bay. The Inn at the Tides seemed like a great value and we are really glad we booked. Check-in was easy and our room included a complimentary bottle of Salmon Creek chardonnay. What a treat! We reserved a deluxe room with a bay view. The room was great. Very clean room and bathroom areas. The view of the bay was awesome. We got lucky with the weather and had clear mornings the whole weekend we were there. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all working great and are open from 9 am - 11 pm. The hot tub is large and could sit 10-12 adults comfortably. The sauna is a dry sauna and is nice and hot. The room also included breakfast at the restaurant that is attached to the Inn. The restaurant is across the street in a building that also includes a market and snack bar with a nice deck out back with seating. Breakfast is a basic continental and a nice statt to the day. Its light, which is good if you're planning to pig out on seafood all day (Spud Point Crab Co. and Fishetarian are probbaly the two best local options). Overall, a great stay and worth the price.

Excellent quality for the price. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. The bathroom was really clean but it looks a little bit old. The staff was great and helpful. It was nice to get the complimentary breakfast, the restaurant for the breakfast has a nice view on the bay.

Heavenly place. Beautiful flowers in bloom in May, with deer, birds, cattle and even a fox in the surroundings. Delicious meal at the restaurant, with light entertainment and views. Free breakfast across the street was also good. Really great room with a view and outdoor sitting area, plus huge indoor outdoor pool and hot tub, lit up at night.

Nice Overnight Getaway

The hotel staff was very welcoming. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. The Tides restaurant across the street was good; with great views of Bodega Bay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The great view from the room was a bonus!
