As expected, it was an older affordable motel. We stopped for one night on our way to Moab. The room was clean and comfortable although showing it's age. The brownbag breakfast and coffee were appreciated.

Times may be tight but it doesn't cost money to clean. 10+ dead moths in the room, trash at hotel entrance and throughout parking lot and a stray cat living in the hallway. Stayed here many times but likely the last.

The motel seemed to be on the edge of becoming run down, and I was given a room on the second floor, even though I checked in early... Tough on my senior knees! The staff was very friendly, which was the bright spot. The (COVID) breakfast bag was a real joke... A bottle of water, a kiddies juice box and two small granola bars.

Disgusting motel

I will be contacting Wyndham Corporation about this Super 8 Motel and the Blanding county health department. Ice machine was filthy and the ice scoop was hidden on top on the machine covered in dirt. The room door lock was broken and when a Super 8 repairman came to view it, he was not wearing a mask! So they gave us a master key to use instead of a card. Coffee was poor and we were were given open styrofoam cups without lids to drink coffee. When we checked in at 4 pm on Friday, July 3, 2020, we were given two paper bags each with an apple for our complimentary morning breakfast. There is no elevator and we had upstair rooms. When we checked out at 6:30 am man behind desk in adjoing room was eating and just put the cards down. When we said we also had a master key, mentioned that we must have been in room with bad lock. There was no apology, and no thank you. The ice machine and coffee service just disgusting.

Staff was incompetent. They got into a yelling match with Expedia and I could hear the whole conversation. The manager was quite rude and was unwilling to help. It took them 45 mins to figure out the situation and give us a room. The hotel entrance was dirty and it wasn't secure. Location was good, since it was between Monument Valley and Canyonland. The room was clean and spacious. I loved how big the fridge was, since we were road tripping.

I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't specify on their website that the breakfast and pool were closed. I know because of Covid19 they were not accessible which is not a problem. What i was mad about is the price i paid was the same amount that included the breakfast and the pool. I feel that the price should have been lower than what i paid. I stay at this hotel every year for family purposes and i don't mind paying the amount because it includes so much but this time it was disappointing.

The night clerk was very rude and difficult to understand. We knew breakfast would be linited as stated, but, it was nonexistant. They offered nothing such as prepackaged bagel, etc. We felt the price was very high for such an old building and service. Would not recommend it
