The house is high located and has no close neighbors. In the area there are several bathing lakes, the nearest is about 800 m, to the Baltic Sea it is about 8 km, where there is also a grocery store and restaurant. The summer town of Norrtälje is 2.7 km away, with nice restaurants and plenty of shops. The cottage has all modern facilities such as dishwasher, washer and dryer, whirlpool tub in the bathroom and fireplace in the dining room. A fully functioning wood stove in the kitchen spreads a wonderful warmth in the house on rough evenings.
