We were only there for one night but the hotel served it's purpose being steps away from the train station and in the centre of activity.

Excellent tourist hotel. 1 min walk to Frankfurt HBF and 10 min to City Centre. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

I was in Frankfurt for a short trip. I stayed overnight in the hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful. the hotel was near the main station and was easy to find. The room was clean and the internet worked well.

Nice hotel in central location. Very friendly front end staff. Only thing to improve would be the food buffet choices

Surprise #1: You emerge from the Hauptbahnhof underpass and the hotel is 50 m from the street corner #2: How quiet it was considering its location #3: Proximity to the City centre, one can walk to the old Opera House in 15-20 minutes #4 Grocery store opposite the hotel is great #5 Reception staff very friendly and helpful. When I asked for a tourist map at checkin I was given an unsolicited but very useful, succinct rundown on what's where, places to visit or to avoid and an umbrella when it started raining #6 Cleanliness #7 Value for money. #8 Great first time experience in a city where one doesn't even speak the language. The only suggestion for improvement I'd like to make is to have more tea bags in the room than just the one per day.

I only stayed there for one night, it was very close to the airport. Finding parking was an inconvenience, because by night the street was already filled with other cars. However, the quality of the hotel was great. What surprised me when I got into the room was the Marshall speaker on the desk. I could connect my phone to it and play nice music, which was quite nice. At first, the wifi couldn't connect to my phone nor my laptop, no matter what I did. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me get the wifi to work, and even offered to give me a different room in another floor which had a different wifi. In the end, the wifi worked for my phone.

I needed a last minute hotel near the Train Station and found this one available. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to help me figure out Train schedules & ticket prices. Breakfast was available at a very reasonable 5E .

Very convenient to Frankfurt main train station, subway, trams and Hop-On, Hop-Off bus. Frankfurt Card for 13.50 Euros provides free use of subway, buses, and trams. Also 50% discount to nearly all museums. Discounts at other attractions and some restaurants. Purchase at Tourist Info at train station and main square (Romer).
