"Great location w/ lovely pool are & helpful staff"
We stayed here for a week in July. The location of the hotel is great - it is up the hill so you are overlooking the port - this does mean a walk into the main bit of town but it is just 10 minutes and very easy to do. The staff were great - always available to help with queries or making bookings (boat trips, transfers etc). I would definitely recommend for families or couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday with guaranteed sunshine with just enough activities nearby (boat trips to the other islands or just wandering around the town of Lipari) to keep you busy when it is too hot to be by the pool.

"One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip."
Tritone is a beautiful hotel in its own little oasis, a wonderful spring fed pool with lots of Jacuzzi & massage jet stations. The staff are amazing, friendly and e remelt efficient, nothing was too much trouble. As for the 'continental breakfast' buffet, I've never seen such a good range of hot and cold food & drinks. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

"Pleasant Hotel but not 5 starts"
It was a lovely experience but not a 5 stars Hotel. Very nice shuttle from and to the port. Friendly welcome. it was never brochure for spa treatments in the room. Breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant amazing . A complete disappointment at II CAPPERO fine dining restaurant a completely ripped off and the staff very stress while serving us. The only good thing it was the sommelier suggesting a lovely selection of wines from that region which I strongly believed they shold be very proud. Overall was a nice experience but this hotel is far far away to be 5 stars like Kempinski or Anantara .

"Ideal at [Marina Corta]"
We had a 4 night stay at this very good hotel. It is well placed at Marina Corta. The breakfast is very good and with a variety of items. Very clean and most comfortable. When asking for an additional night from our original 3 the booking was cancelled and a new booking was put into place with a much higher tariff. I cannot for the life of me know why that had to be the case. It was mid October and the hotel was far from fully booked, Is that an Expedia oversight ? I am quite puzzled. The additional night was the same as 3 nights, Quite unfair and exploitative I feel.

"Spacious apartment-style hotel on northern Lipari"
This is the perfect location in Lipari to have an ocean view and get away from the main crowds. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for one night. We went in January, and there were virtually no other tourists on the island, but Lipari is still just as beautiful and natural as it is any other time of the year. The hotel had a full kitchen, so be sure to bring or buy some food from one of the local markets to take advantage of the perfect location.

"Exceeded our expectations"
This is a small, quiet bed and breakfast directly on the sea, with a view toward the other aeolian volcanic islands. It is in Acquacalda, on the other side of the island from the main town of Lipari. The staff members at Hotel Residence were gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with homegrown fruit, homemade yogurt, homemade cakes, among many other choices. Dinner at an adjoining restaurant was far superior to anything we found in Lipari. Bus service to Lipari is convenient, although Hotel Residence's owner provided transportation at the beginning and end of our stay. We were grateful for the peace and beauty of Acquacalda, as the larger town is more crowded with ferries and tourists.

Aeolian Islands is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Aeolian Islands, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Aeolian Islands hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
