What is TripAdvisor?
A good location from which to visit Sydney
The hotel is in a good location to visit most of Sydney, especially if you want to spend time in china town. The front desk staff are not too helpful...

Will go somewhere else next time
As a regular visitor to Sydney I have stayed here a few times, but it now appears to have gone downhill, in particular with the service. They now insist on keeping a photocopy of my ID ("we usually tear them up later"!!), and told me all hotels do it (they don't). It was also noisy this time. Room doors on my floor slammed very loudly, so no good for sleeping when a tour party is leaving at 5am (and they have lots of tour parties). Wi-fi was a rip-off. TV had minimal satellite channels, without the sport I was expecting. It was at least quite cheap, but is in one of the least interesting parts of Sydney. I would suggest heading for Darling Harbour or The Rocks for dinner, or Chinatown is not far away. There are lots of hotels around here, so I won't be going back to this one again.

The hotel is in a good location to visit most of Sydney, especially if you want to spend time in china town. The front desk staff are not too helpful but the rooms are big and well appointed so more than make up for the first impressions given during check in.

Great location for public transport
What more could you ask for after arriving at Central Station and taking the exit to Pitt Street, our Hotel could just about be seen after exiting. So supurb location to train and also buses on George Street and Elizabeth Street so close as well As for the accommodation, we had a tidy updated room and everything we needed so a few nights stay so all in all very pleasant.

Centrally located - easy access - spacious room. Value for $
I stayed there during my business trip. Normally I stayed at the Ridges, but this time I tried something different. I wanted to stay for 2 night, but the rooms were fully booked; so only managed to stay for a single night. The room was clean, spacious; big bathroom with nice amenities and plenty to towels. It was centrally located within Sydney CBD. Easy access to Central Station, China Town, Pitt St (it is located on Pitt St!), George St and World Square. The duty manager was also very helpful. I asked him to help find a room for another night for me. Although it was fully booked, he still tried to look up in the system to see if anyone made last-minute cancellation.

Excellent
Stayed 2 nights very helpful staff, rooms were very clean, the location is excellent it is handy to the shopping malls train station you can also just walk every. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would certainly come back to stay here!!!
