Living Space Dunedin is now closed. It has been purchased by Otago University.
Big shame as it was good value. Its closed. No longer open. Kaput ! Shame about that as it was a great place to stay in Dunedin. Hope people can find a great alternative to this as it certainly was well used. Good luck.

Good budget lodgings.
Great price for this room on Wotif. Very basic accom. but had everything I needed and in a good location. Two blocks from the main street. Only thing that didn't work for me was the slightly grubby duvet cover.

Loved our stay, will stay there again
The room suited our needs perfectly. My husband and I enjoyed being able to come and go at will and the privacy it afforded us. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The bed was so comfortable, we're looking at replacing ours to match the one at the hotel. Very good value and wi-fi to boot. The cleaners (I'm fussy) could be more careful with cleaning around the taps and checking cutlery/crockery (stained cups), but the quality of these products were great and I would clean it anyway before using hotel utensils. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Great Location
Arriving at Livingspace Dunedin, I was welcomed by a friendly young man and check in was a breeze.My room was what I was expecting, compact but contained everything I needed for my 2 night stay.Handy location to Dunedin Hospital and walking distance to the main street!Loved the Free Car Parking too.I checked out on my last day and asked if it was ok to leave my car in the car park while I visited my mother in the hospital before heading home. The response was no problem at all!Thanks Livingspace. That really helped in a stressful time!
