Friendly & Clean
We visited Krakow in April 2013 and just wanted a cheap getaway for a couple of days. Our main holiday is coming up so we didn't have much of a budget. When this hotel came up, it looked nice and more important at the time, extremely cheap!When we arrived we received a nice friendly welcome and was checked in very quickly. We went to our room, it was very basic, but also very clean and comfortable. We needed directions to town, and the receptionist ordered us a taxi (about ¿¿5 for a taxi to the main centre - alittle bit more on the way back because they have to go a longer route) and also got us a bus timetable for our trip the following day. All the staff we spoke to, spoke very good English and would do anything to help.The hotel had cleaners there everyday and you could tell because the place was spotless. We only stayed 2 nights, but had 2 very good nights sleep.The hotel doesn't offer 5 star luxury, but doesn't charge 5 star prices. If you're on a tight budget and want somewhere basic but comfortable, then you won't go far wrong here.

clean and friendly
a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The staff can speak very good english and are very accomodating. the hotel is close to the main town of krakow by taxi or by local bus and we would return here when we next visit poland.

basic and clean
I booked this hotel on a whim but I was pleasantly surprised,I had read a few reviews that werent brilliant,but to be honest it was value for money if not more.....Its clean,the staff are friendly and i would return. Yes it is in a petrol station forecourt but it is close to krakow main sq approx 20zl in taxi.The rooms are a good size the bathrooms are small but people that slate this hotel are expecting far too much for what they pay.

Could be worse
If you think of this place as a hotel, you will probably be disappointed, think of it as a hostel and you'll be okay. It's pretty out of the town centre but there's a bus nearby to get you there easily. Rooms are small and beds aren't great, but the plus side is alright bathrooms and free wifi that works in the rooms. Reception staff are helpful, restaurant food is a fairly good cheap feed and breakfast is alright too. Don't expect top hotel quality and you'll be alright :)

Glorified Hostel
I only booked this hotel due to its cost and proximity to the airport / town center.i went to a 3* hotel in Rome which was nice, but this was a glorified hostel at best.the staff are polite and helpful, but the rooms were tiny and we had 2 single beds which we couldn't even put together. getting breakfast was rubbish as we had to book as the hotel was very busy.at night you could hear students partying (on a wed night) until 05 AM..the hotel looks right out on to a garage forecourt also, but this was actually a blessing as i went and bought some snacks from here when going on my days out so was quite handy... and there is a KFC and Mcdonalds 5 mins down the road which was handy.i wouldn't stay here again unless i had no choice, but for ¿¿30 a night for 2 people, im not going to complain to much... its cheap and gives a bed which if doing a city break, might be all you want. also, they only change the bed sheets / towels every 3 days, so dont expect clean linen or even your bed to be made.
