The Apartment hotel is close to Val 'd Europe Station. Its at least 10 min walk from the station. You may have to ask for directions as it is a very remote area....Once you figure it out, it should be easy to walk. There are lots of hotels nearby and I guess this was the cheapest, there might be others, but with Family we managed to get a decent deal. Breakfast is not included in the price and they charge 8 EUR Per Person. The Apartment Hotel has vending machines for various coffees charged at 50p, which is cheap. There are other food vending machines, decent price. You can choose to go by bus number 50 or by train to Disneyland Paris. Bus may take some time, but train is always faster. Choice is yours. If you are staying and planning to cook, this apartment hotel is the best. You get everything in the apartment, utensils, stove, microwave fridge etc...Free WiFi...so it is a good deal if staying minimum 3/4 days. Please note, if you are arriving late, there is a machine near the gate which is automated system which will issue your Key Card for the room based on the booking ID. If the machine does not work, you are on your own then....cause there is no one at the reception to handle your request. You may have to spend the whole night elsewhere. Just a caution, the machine worked fine for us, but I am too cautious on such kind of a system.

It is really a nice location to the railway station, Disney and Val D'Europe. The small kitchen area is great plus a great variety of drinks vending machine when you want to stay indoor. The only problem is that the bed is a bit small for a couple. Otherwise, thumbs up for a great budget hotel!

My boyfriend and I booked 10 nights in this hotel (9-19.09.12) for 469 euro only! The location is perfect - you can use free shuttles to Disneyland, the bus stop is 200 meters away from the hotel. There are several restaurants near the hotel, the prices are quite low - we ordered a big pizza, juice and beer for 15 euro. Val D'Europe with Auchan and many other stores are also within walking distance. Our hotel number was quite big: 2 rooms, big bathroom and some kind of a small kitchen. Wifi signal was ok. Unfortunately, there was no room service. But we didn't care - the apartment was already very good for the price we paid.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here at Sejours. We went and spent that little bit extra on a 2 bedroom apartment meant for four people. The differences between this and a studio apartment for 2 are as follows:The second bed is a sofa bed (a sofa is there in an apartment for 2)Much more likely to land a corner apartment (more natural light).We found that the service was quick and efficient as we checked in. City tax is 99c pppn and is paid on arrival. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and was spotless, very clean, very functional and very well insulated. No problems with the shower or any of the kitchenette appliances. There is no kettle but its not really a problem, just boil some water in a pan. Kitchenette is well kitted out with two small hobs, a microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, drying rack, and enough storage space above the sink and below the counter. Glasses/mugs/plates/sideplates/bowls/cutlery/pots and pans/kitchen utensils/chopping board/corkscrew/colander all provided. TV (french channels) and DVD player. In terms of bedding, its thin, but the rooms are quite warm, so its no problem. Masses of storage room for bags etc. Wifi can be a little temperamental and its the only issue we found with staying at Sejours. Just remember to pop to the shops once you have dropped your bags in your room. The local hypermarche is located just down the road and around the corner, a 5 minute walk to Val D'Europe shopping centre. Metro station and bus stations both within a similar distance. 5 minute Metro to Marnee-la-Vallee (Disneyland Parc) which run many times an hour. Right next to a primary school or college depending which side of the building you are, but the windows are pretty soundproof. So morning lie ins are still available. If travelling to the centre of Paris, it is around a half-hour train away, but you can buy yourself a metro ticket at Val D station for the zones of central paris. We found that buying a ticket for zones 1,2,3 was cheaper than just zones 1 and 2. Around 17euro for the day. Swipecard access to hotel and room at any hourReception open till 8pm most evenings. If intending to make various trips into Paris or staying more than a week with the intention of travelling to Disneyland, invest in a Navigo card. Works for buses and the metro. Romantic and simple getaway outside of Paris.We would definitely book again.

My husband and I booked this place for 3 nights in Summer last year, we had both worked in Disneyland Paris and while we knew about the 'on site' hotels, we wanted something budget and this came recommended. We knew this was at Val D Europe so a good location, and only one train stop into Disney if we didnt want to take the car. Firstly, the parking is an isssue, you need to pre-book a space & its first come first servered basis. we had topark on a side street a few minutes walk away, no CCTV either which made me concerned, plus with a 2year old, this was not ideal. The check in wasn't particularly pleasent, we went to our 1 bed roomed apartment and even though it had been cleaned, it was dirty & worn. The kitchen area had burn marks and the plates & mugs were chipped. The couch and bedding was stained, there was dust everywhere and overall, it was just not nice. We went back to reception however they were now closed, we went straight into Disney Village and tried to call upon a friend to help us sort a room in Hotel Cheyenne or Santa Fe for the trip instead, even though we'd paid already for Sejours. Unfortunatly, it was not possible, so in the end we stayed there however as we were so busy, we didnt spend much time here. I would NEVER go back again. We should have just paid more for a 'Disney' hotel instead of paying for such a budget place.
