I don't get the loaction but the hotel is OK
We stayed for one night here with the family. It was nice, breakfasts are good and more or less that's it. WiFi free of charge, available in the room....

I don't get the loaction but the hotel is OK
We stayed for one night here with the family. It was nice, breakfasts are good and more or less that's it. WiFi free of charge, available in the room. I was surprised when we were driving towards the hotel - it's residential area and one would not expect the hotel on such location. But the vicinity of airports is probably the only reason to stay here. Access from highway is not complicated either. Reasonable prices per night.

Met our needs
We were at the tail end of our week long trip to Italy and chose this hotel as others have for the free shuttle to the airport as well as I could book this hotel using my airmiles. The room suited our needs for our brief stay - clean and quiet. The shuttle arrived on time at 4:00 a.m.( I had booked by phoning 2 days ahead thanks to the advice received on TA).We had time to walk around the neighborhood and pick up some last minute Italian souvenirs from the grocery store across the street plus the department store nearby. We enjoyed a gelato down the street and went to the restaurant that the front desk recommended - all very good.Overall, we were pleased with our experience at this property.I would even consider this hotel for a Venice stay - away from the crowds, free breakfast and a quick walk to the train station.

Good experience with English speaking staff, hotel in the boonies though
I stayed here for one night and used the airport shuttle for departure. The hotel was clean, nice and had free wifi. The service was top notch, as the staff did everything they could to make sure my stay and needs were met. The shuttle bus was the reason I picked the hotel, as I wanted to crash before my flight the next morning. It was a relaxing drive to VCE, didn't feel like a 30 minute drive.The hotel restaurant was not so great quality wise and really expensive for dinner. It was a bummer after eating so many good spots in Venice. Everything around the village was closed, so that was the only option. Hotel is located what feels like the middle of nowhere.The breakfast in the morning was good and included, service was good in restaurant. I liked this hotel for use of the shuttle service, fit my needs well. The staff spoke English well and made my stay a positive experience.

Very nice hotel but a bit far from city center.
Staff is great. They picked us up from the airport on the first day and even came early when our flight was ahead of schedule. They helped explain the trains and gave us a map and schedule of the area. The staff speak English and are friendly. The breakfast was good. Overall, we were pleased with our stay here.

Unpleasant experiencePostedNovember 2, 2012We have booked this hotel for one night because we were coming after long flights and wanted to rest before going into Venice. The hotel is located in a small town outside Venice and about 20 minutes from the Marco Polo Airport.Apparently you have to book in advance the shuttle bus, which we did not know (after our stay Expedia provides the information to contact the hotel to book the shuttle bus in advance). I had difficulties at the airport trying to find the shuttle bus, which nobody knew when was coming to the airport. I was lucky and the driver came to pick up other passengers. When I arrived to the hotel, and I mentioned those difficulties, staff kept pointing out that I had to book in advance the bus and wait for the bus at the lost and found. How was I supposed to know? One of them gave me a lecture on how you always have to do this every where in the world. Really??? It was unpleasant, specially because I have booked this hotel hoping to have some rest after the long flight and with an uncomplicated and friendly shuttle bus service.Since my husband arrived on a different plane, I have booked then the bus for him, showing the receptionist that he was arriving at 2.15 pm. She wrote 22.25. As a consecuence there was no shuttle bus to pick him up. He had to take a taxi and pay Euro 45 for the transport.We will not come back to this hotel when we come to Venice again.
