Great rooms - shame about the noise
We stayed on a Saturday night for an early starting dance competition on a Sunday morning - this was a return visit for us. The first room we were in was great except for the traffic noise and pub noise. The staff were receptive to our complaints and we moved rooms at about 10pm. All was good until about 2am when people in a neighbouring building were partying on their balcony until about 4am. This hotel has ZERO noise insulation. Staff were apologetic, but that doesn't help you sleep!! We won't be returning.

Lovely apartment and close to everything
Went to see Bryan Adams in concert at WIN Stadium. The room was fabulous and close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. parking was great value at $10. Excellent location and would stay there again. highly recommended.

Great Hotel! HUGE ROOMS
We stayed here late last year and LOVED our room! it was HUGE like an apartment! Our room had a large bathroom, HUGE king bed , Desk , lounge and bench! walking around the hotel is easy and a few places to eat! nice little cafes too! Very modern over all and staff are quick and friendly! Hotel has a under ground car park.

Comfortable hotel, helpful staff, would stay again
This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed at this apartment complex and would definitely return. The staff were friendly and did all they could to assist. The prices were reasonable and you could walk to most things you wanted to in the Wollongong city. The complex itself was very clean including the swimming pool and spa - much to my husband's delight. My only complaint was that when I went to cook dinner I had to wash the plates again - they were all smeared as if someone had just run hot water over them. Staff do need to check the plates and cutlery regularly as people can be lazy when washing up. I did the quick wash up and grumbled but really everything else was as clean as clean as can be and I did check. Just one little slip up and as I had not seen it before I expect it to be rectified. I did put in a note to the apartments about this. I would stay here again as this is the best self catering apartments I can find in Wollongong.

Clean, Central and Cosy!
Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner in a one bedroom apartment. Whole building was immaculate, the staff very friendly. A VERY short walk to the beach, WIN stadium, Crown Plaza. We didn't have a problem with parking simply because we got in there early and just walked everywhere, although I can see this being a big issue. Other than that everything was wonderful! Definitely stay here again :)
