Lovely hotel, almost everything is ok
I visited Berlin for the second time this year in just a couple of weeks. I sincerely appreciated a lot this modern, clean and dynamic hotel. It is very well placed a metro station is not far (U2 line). The weather was not so bad and I enjoy some jogging in the magnificent Thiergartner that's very close to the hotel. Inside the hotel rooms were large with a beautiful might. Decoration was modern and well adapted. I liked the very warm caf¿¿-bar just besides the hotel hall. Breakfast was good quality for this 4-star hotel. Good for everybody, either business, family or couple trips.The staff was simply great. They helped me with several request in a very kind manner.

Going the extra mile
What a fantastic experience! The room, the staff, the breakfast, the location, the "power" shower, everything was great. Lovely big bed, great choice at breakfast, easy 5 minute walk to the underground, bus stop just outside, staff friendly, multilingual and very professional, nothing was too much trouble, it just seemed that all they wanted to do was please their clientele which is not always the case these days. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice hotel, good location
Clean and modern rooms, convenient location close to the U-bahn. Room had a small fridge which was great because we didn't have the hotel's breakfast. Kaiser's supermarket, Lidl, many cafe's and restaurants within a walking distance (most of them near the U-bahn station). Wi-Fi was free for one device only, and it was a bit slow.

Modern hotel, big rooms
The hotel is 12 min walk from the shopping centers of West Berlin (KaDeWe etc), 7 minutes walk from U-Bahn. My room was renovated with nice modern decor, but had to do a lot of walking to reach it, since the hotel is huge.The room is big with a big closet and nice bathroom. The beds are rather small, though. One day, i put the 'dont disturb' sign, so the housekeeping didnt knock the door, but called me....! to ask me if i wanted my room cleaned.It was very kind of them but what is the use of the sign? The breakfast is excellent, all you can ask for is there!

"A nice modern hotel"
The facade of this hotel is not at all impressive but wait till you enter the lobby. It was quite impressive with its modern art deco style. Even the colors are bright and the furniture attractive. The breakfast has a wide selection but could get crowded. The room was big with comfortable beds. The dining staff seemed friendly enough but I was turned off by the night supervisor from the reception who accosted my son and very rudely told him not to refill his water bottle from the water dispenser in the hotel lobby. It happened late in the evening and I came back to the hotel even later so I was not able to investigate the matter. Other than this incident, I would love to return to this hotel. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the shopping area where the big mall - Kadewe is located.. There is also a nice affordable eat-all-you-can Japanese resto (Sakura) across the road from the hotel.
