Perfect
Stayed here as part of our honeymoon (road trip of Italy) and was given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, amazing! Breakfast was good, bathroom has a bath (first one) and staff would do anything to help. Parking is close, and cheap, although hubby did get a little lost trying to leave. The restaurant they recommended was also fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT
We found this hotel perfect for us, very clean, conveniently situated, fabulous breakfasts,and all the staff were so kind and helpful, we could not have asked for more. We highly recommend this one!On the last day( a Saturday) we were told about a lovely flower and plant market just down the road, it was really worth the visit. Just a pity we could not bring anything home!

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. The stuff is friendly and the room is very clean and tight.It's not exactly near historic center, but is at fairly 15 minutes walk. For me was the best because I'm not a big fan of noise. If you are not a big fan of walking, the bus C1 and 1 are taking you to town center and to train station, wich is near Duomo. Although the area is a very busy intersection, the room (mine was 201) is sound proof and when you close the window, all the sound is gone.I stay there with my wife for 4 nights, at beginning of April 2013, and i has very happy with the placeOnly drawbacks, if i can mention those, are that the towels were a little bit well-used, but this didn't bother me. Not very 4 star'ish though.I only wish the stuff will ask for that town tax (4 euro's/person/night) at beginning of my stay, NOT at the and, when it came like a bomb. All-together, a very nice hotel with clean rooms and very good and rich breakfast.OFF-TOPIC I recommend all the tourist to Florence to buy Firenze Card (Florence Card) which you can find it at every tourist information. That card is a bargain because it give's you access in ALL the museums and places you need to see, and on top of that, the public transportation is free with this card.

Great hotel outside of city center
We had an excellent room (# 312) with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. The bathroom had a two person shower with multiple jets. Both room and bathroom were very clean, well decorated and spacious. A pretty good, continental breakfast is served daily. There is a fitness room, but it contains a treadmill and a couple of hand weights -- nothing special. The parking is at an additional cost and the garage is several blocks away. Be aware the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the city center / main tourist attractions. It's walkable, but can get old, especially after long days walking around the city. If you come out of the hotel and take a left and follow the street behind the hotel there is a river. Take the wisteria covered bridge across the river and you'll find a great gelateria and a neighborhood park through the iron gates that is really beautiful. Great for strolling in early evening with the locals. I'd rate this hotel higher if located closer to the city center, but otherwise great!

Quality of rooms and service far above expectations
15 min. walk away from the cultural center, this hotel is located in a nice and secure area and it is also very convenient to go from there to the airport. The rooms have been newly refurbished and were very spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom was very good quality and the windows noise absorbing. We also highly appreciated the generous drawer space. Breakfast was delicious in a pleasant location and staff multilingual and highly attentive. What astonished us the most was the fair price compared to many "agroturismo-B&B" in the Tuscany, where we paid more money for less value!
