During the Hotwire checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Car Rental Protection. If you choose to buy Rental Car Protection, it will be listed as a charge from Access America on your credit card statement.
Within 10 days of purchasing the program, Access America will process a full refund of insurance premium to you, as long as you have not already departed on your trip or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid to you after 10 days of purchasing the program.
If you do not buy Rental Car Protection during the Hotwire booking process, you may still contact Access America directly and get coverage up until the rental car pick-up.
