How do I file a claim?

All Rental Car Protection claims and questions are handled by Allianz Global Assistance. Completing a claim form takes just minutes. To begin the process, visit http://www.etravelprotection.com/hotwire/ and click on File a Claim.. Please note that Allianz Global Assistance may request information from you -- such as travel documents, proof of payments, etc. After your documentation is received and Allianz Global Assistance determines that you have a payable claim, you should receive payment within 5 to 7 business days.
