Perfect transit hotel
We stayed one night (well..we landed early morning and left late evening)..We loved it because1. Free airport transfer (if you book the right option). Finding the person who was to pick us up was bit of a pain, but once we called the hotel, it was quickly sorted out. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport which was awesome.2. They have 24 hour checkin-checkout option.. so you can land really early and still get a room and hence rest/shower. There is free wifi and it worked everywhere and worked well.3, The food was decent for a hotel of this class.. The staff was pretty good as well. You can also walk outside the hotel premises and check some small restaurants and eateries.4. Though the airport was so close, we were not disturbed by takes off/landing noise.5. The room was not too big but was ok for two of us.. the rest room was on the smaller side. The room also had a tiny balcony. Overall, we were more than happy with the room considering this is a transit hotel at such a good price.6. Finally, the value.. the hotel at the airport costs 5 times as much and this is only a few minutes away. Other options are further away.Some things to know before you go here:1. You get a room at any time of the day.. but we had to wait for good 60 minutes since they were waiting for a guest to check out, so that can clean and prep the room for us. My wife was a bit tired from the overnight flight and she wasn't too happy waiting.. We ended up trying their restaurant which served some prix-fixe breakfast which helped us kill time.2. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. There is staff to help you with luggage but i still had to carry some stuff all the way up. While, I had no problem with that, I can imagine this being an issue for many others.

Basic but fine for 1 or 2 nights
I booked this hotel for 1 night after my long journey from the UK as it is only about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus, so no need to pay for taxis to get there which was good. My room cost only 725 baht for 1 night (¿¿16). The hotel is very basic, but the room was clean and I found nothing to complain about. It also has a small swimming pool which was good for cooling off from the Bangkok heat.For short stays it is a very cheap place to stay if you've just arrived or before you leave Bangkok. I found the staff pleasant and helpful.The fridge in the room was stocked with cans of soft drinks and beer, but note..........there is a charge for any you use.The hotel is very convenient for the airport, but it is NOT near shops, bars, nightlife or restaurants, although there are a few shops etc about 10 minutes walk away. If all you need is a cheap place to stay near the airport for a night or 2 this hotel is fine. If you do want to go into the BK nightlife area, a taxi will cost about 300 baht. It takes about 45 minutes to get there though due to the traffic.This is a budget hotel at ¿¿16 a night. The hotel has a list showing taxi prices for going to Pattaya, Jomtien etc, but the prices are higher than they should be, IE you can haggle with the hotel manager. He quoted me 1800 baht to go to Jomtien but I got him down to 1200.If you're going from the airport or this hotel to Pattaya/Jomtien, a taxi should be 1000-1300 maximum. If you're quoted more, just haggle them down!Overall, a basic budget standard hotel, but good value for money for short stays at only ¿¿16 a night and very convenient for the airport. If you're looking for a hotel near bars, shops and nightlife this one would not be a good option due to it's location.

Good place for a short stay
I stayed here for one night before I began traveling in Thailand. It was a good place to stay for an overnight. The room is clean & big. It had a little patio and a decent bathroom. Most importantly it had hot water & AC, the only time I had it while I was in Thailand!

Great Value for a stop-over
Located near to Suvarnabhumi International airport and with a free shuttle service (located next to exit gate 4 at arrivals) this is the new location for 'Queens Gardens Hotel' where we have stayed 4 times. This is a slick operation, the accommodation being of a very good standard (considering the budget price) and it's better than the previous location. Only recommended for a one night stop-over between flights as it's nowhere near anything in BKK - but it fits the purpose fabulously. We dined in the on site restaurant which was reasonably priced and had great service - didn't feel like venturing too far as we were tired. The rooms are large, good aircon, fridge with free water and other stuff (to pay for). The shuttle service to the airport leaves every 30 mins and was included in our charges. The porters are great and take your heavy cases up and down stairs without complaint. A 20 baht tip was greatly appreciated. There's even a pool but I would have thought that at night time you risk being bitten by the mozzies which are particularly thirsty in BKK. We asked for our rooms to be sprayed before we went to dine and very quickly the bell boy came up with a big can of spray which he handed to me so that I could clear the room of any possible insects before we dined. No complaints at all. Good value, budget hotel, fit for purpose - we will stay again.

Nothing great about this
I stayed here on my last night in thailand and after one months travelling in thailand it's safe to say that this was the worst hotel of my stay! The sheets were stained, the walls covered in dead Mosquitos and the floor dirty! Me and my partner ended up sleeping fully clothed on top of the sheets with no covers! I would honestly advise anyone to pay extra and stay somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!
