Holiday Inn Taoyuan Airport by IHG
I booked this hotel because they offer airport shuttle, but they don't offer pick up from the airport. The shuttle to the airport has SET times. I had to take the 6:50 AM shuttle for my 10:10 AM flight.

Le Room Hotel Taoyuan
Close to train and bus stations. Lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Great continental breakfast available. Spacious double bed room with bathtub though the bathroom seemed a bit dated. The tv signal was quite unstable.
