The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. Clarion Pointe Jasper
Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful.
