Hazu Bekkan
This Ryokan was absolutely perfect. Train station literally across the street. Quiet area and the property itself was spectacular. Rooms were spacious, food was delicious. Also, onsen near the lake was peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here.

丁寧に対応して頂き、ゆっくりとくつろぐ事が出来ました。山間なので少し遅い時間に到着する場合はペンションへの道が少し分かりずらいかもしれません。 周辺は静かで環境も良いと思います。

愛知県の自然に囲まれた素敵なお宿でした。愛知県在住ですが、なかなか県内旅行の機会はありませんでした。今回コロナで県外への行動制限により、このような発見ができてよかったです。古い建物ですので最新の設備では ありませんが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。(自然の中ですので虫は仕方がないと思います。) お食事も地産地消で楽しめました。忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、丁寧な梱包で迅速に対応して頂けました。

バスルームに少し赤カビがあったのと、子供の食事が、バーベキューの肉🍖が硬く、そんなに食べれなかったです。 それ以外は良かったです。

大人２人小学校(低学年)１人の利用でしたが、子供料金は４才までに限るとのことで通常通り大人３人で支払いをしました。が、何故か子供の食事だけ品数を減らされて提供されました。子供料金が何歳まで適応されるのかをホテルズドットコム伝いに確認したことはありますが、そのような希望は一切しておりませんでした。 スタッフさんの接客や旅館での滞在はとても快適で良かったです。

私たちはHotels.comで予約した最初の客でした。建物は比較的新しく、とても清潔です。到着後、周辺の観光スポットをオーナー自ら説明して頂きました。客 室はすべて一階にあり、温水洗浄トイレと洗面台があます。また、貸切風呂は二ヶ所あります。一つは露天風呂です。 新城インターから美しい川沿いの道を通って約20分くらいで到着します。途中の道はやや狭いですが、民宿入口前に十分な広さの駐車場があります。 料理はソムリエのオーナーが厳選した、素材の質にこだわったもので、とても美味しく、それに合うワイン、日本酒も好みに合わせてオーナー自ら選んでくれます。ワインは開栓後オーナー自ら香りを確認する徹底ぶりです。鮎の塩焼きは、よく観光地で売られているものとは全く別物で、美味でした。 ...
