Staff was friendly, pleasant. The hotel seems to hype up there amenities. Claiming the rooms are sound proof. The room next to us nearly kept me up all night with the loud moans of pleasure. I booked a “sea view” room. My view was of a fence. The breakfast was frozen food reheated pretty much.

When checking in and service rep states they will call when room is available never received a call chexk in was at 4pm got there a 4:30 but couldnt get into the room until 9:30

I stayed here 7 days and asked for my room to be cleaned everyday and only 1 out of the 7 day it was cleaned and always had to go get towels myself. I will never stay here again
