"A delightful hotel in the middle of the vineyards."
We spent three days in this delightful hotel. Our room overlooked the vineyard and the winery and we spent many hours on the balcony. Staff was great. They recommended restaurants for us every lunch and dinner and there was not a bad (or even OK) meal. All were great. One night they sent us to a little restaurant in a nearby small town and everyone ate outside on the lawn and watched the sunset over the valley. Make sure that one of your dinners is that the hotel's restaurant. It was excellent and in a beautiful room.

"Rural hotel"
Not much charm but functional. About five kms from village of St.Emilion and handy to other villages like Pomerol. Our room was clean and everything worked...there's a back entrance into the hotel through the garden which is nice if your room is near there. The breakfast is ten euros extra and standard quality for French hotel breakfasts... espresso machine but no cappuccino, juice, bread, boiled eggs, ham and cheese. Free parking and free wifi - by no password and unprotected.

"Magical."
This was my second visit; staff and service immensely improved. Restaurant superb. Order the Chef's surprise 7 course menu; then take one's coffee outside on the terrace. We drove our car to hotel entrance where it was parked for us (try parking in a medieval village). It was retrieved immediately as required over next days. Laundry service perfect. Lovely decor (velvet everywhere). Amenities in abundance and my husband ecstatic with the ironing board (I can't explain that). Our bar was high as we had recently checked out of the Four Seasons Budapest and St Regis Florence.

"Great bed & breakfast in the heart of St Emilion"
We stayed in the Chevalier room and absolutely loved it! We are used to our fair share of fancy hotels, but this charming hotel really touched my heart! The Chevalier room has a breathtaking view of the entire town and I loved every second of drinking champagne and looking across the town from the windows. The bathroom and shower were quite large for a bed and breakfast and were clean. We were able to check in a bit early and drop our belongings while the maid cleaned the room. Super easy and great!

"Clean and comfortable hotel in excellent location"
We were in the annex part of the hotel. Room comfortable and clean, only thing I've rated down on was that the bathroom had a bath with shower over, but no shower curtain so difficult to have a stand up shower without soaking the bathroom. Staff friendly. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it, but we had coffee and croissant at a cafe virtually next door which was pleasant and much cheaper than the hotel breakfast and plenty for us. Hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of St Emilion, everything in easy walking distance.

Saint-Emilion is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Saint-Emilion, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Saint-Emilion hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
