"Grounds in hotel immaculate. "
Stayed out of season, very quiet, so no buffet breakfast, although staff took your order and were accommodating. Staff were very helpful when a request was made, but considering the quietness of hotel - should use more initiative. For example had to ask for or collect our own sun bed mattresses or pool towels. In room supplies of soap and loo roll were meagre and had to ask for more. Beds are very firm and only a double in size. Overall a good hotel with high standards of cleanliness and staff friendly. Hotel is a 15 minute walk from Gaios down a busy hill. Although pick up available from hotel at 10pm every evening. A lovely walk opposite hotel which takes you via a beach and then you end up in Gaios(approx two hours). Would recommend - a solid hotel.

"On the hill -- bring a car"
We enjoyed the hotel quite a bit but the location could have been better. It is on the hill overlooking Parga and the front rooms are over the main road so you do get traffic noise at night. That said it was a lovely hotel, the decorations and rooms were top knotch. So if you have a car and are alright with some traffic noise it is quite nice.

"fantastic place to stay"
all the staff ( family + ) are really friendly and super helpful , they could not have done more for the five of us , apartments are a few minutes walk from the main strip but still nice and quiet , rooms are basic but clean , the sunrise view is worth the price you pay on its own , I would recommend staying here to anyone , I didn't want to come home, Thanks for the best holiday I have had for a very long time

"What a lovely surprise!"
I booked this hotel thinking I'd compromised a bit on the price and could just use it as a cheaper base to explore the island. But on arrival I was knocked out by how much better it was in reality than it appeared in the pictures. As others have said, the location is absolutely fantastic. There's a lovely little beach below and a beautiful calm sea to swim in. The short walk to the town is really pretty and pleasant (and well lit - so don't worry about previous review!). The town itself was the best we found on the island - just the right size, just a few shops to explore and a good choice of lovely tavernas. The more I explored the island, the more I realised I had picked the best place to stay. The welcome from the family owners is very warm and helpful and Nancy is quite a character! Downsides are that rooms are not flashy - it's basic and comfortable but not luxurious/super modern. The views are great though! There is a very steep driveway to the car park (and I am a confident driver) but it was not impossible and your can always park in the village and walk around to the hotel. The breakfast was a bit random but it's free so you can always pop down to the bakery and grab a fresh pastry and a coffee. None of these things would put me off racing back there at the first opportunity. Hire a boat and potter around the island for a day exploring!

"Got what we wanted"
My fiancée and I were looking for a few days of sun and relaxation and that's what we got at Sandy Beach. Overall the hotel/resort provided a great break and we came home very happy, but there were a few short comings. So to break things down.... The Room. Some might say this is the most important part of a hotel. We felt the room was generally of good condition, light, spacious and very clean. However, we felt the clumpy pillows should have been changed a long time ago and the mattress was a bit too firm; that said we both slept fairly well every night. We did find the headboard over the bed to be a bit of a pain as it had a small shelf on it that over hung the bed at the wrong height making sitting up in the bed very uncomfortable. The Resort The resort was well kept and very clean throughout. We made use of the "relax" pool though our stay as we wanted quiet and relaxing and we got that with spades on; while the other two pools were more lively. We also enjoyed the spa and relaxed with a great 45min massage. The Food. Probably the best we have enjoyed on an all-inclusive resort in a long time. They provided a great variety at main meal times and you always had access to ice cream and snacks. The kebabs on the terrace near reception were awesome! The staff. Always friendly, always had a smile and said hi. Couldn't ask for more

"Right on the beach, fantastic location."
We were here for a night over the Christmas Holiday so it was very quiet (it is a beach resort, after all). The hotel is lovely and I can see why it is popular in summertime. I would like to go back in warmer weather to experience the place for real!

Paxos is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Paxos, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Paxos hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
