I had an emergency and ask to cancel, they staff was not helpful at all I was even willing to come a different day just to use the day I had reserved. Not helpful at all! Said a manager would call me of course nobody called.

Hilton Garden Inn Iowa City Downtown University
Room was really nice. Staff was great, willing to please. Breakfast was good. Parking was a little difficult, I think because there was a wedding going on in the ballroom. Wish you didn’t have to pay $15 a day for parking, but oh well. Would definitely go back and stay again.
