Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Stopped here for a few days before continuing on to Khao Kho. Excellent mountain view. Rooftop pool provided some great photos and pool was wonderful. Cannot beat the value for the price.
