Conveniently situated safe and secured parking

Parking area was good and secure. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Our visit was less pleasant because there was no electricity in the town all day, but this was not the fault of the hotel. The room was big and nice.

Great value for money

We stayed in the family room and really enjoyed our time at Knysna Inn. The family room has a lounge with couches and dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom. We had covered parking, the accommodation is close to many shops and restaurants, and the staff went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. Great value for money.

Great value for the price

Really great room with a kitchenette and a small shared courtyard. I was worried at first because in a page left on the bed there were multiple comments ab of it keeping noise down and there were ear plugs left for the guest which made me think it was going to really loud. It wasn't. I liked the location because it's super convenient to grocery stores and the tourist info ctr is next store. The walk to the waterfront is easy and less than 10 minutes and safe even after.dark on the main roads. The owner was really nice and even did a small load of laundry for me which they don't offer. The only negative is that the wifi isnt good. Make sure you have plenty of data.

Very comfortable. Excellent location. On-site parking easily accessible. Room was comfortable. No view, but I didn't need one on this business trip. Staff helpful and efficient. I had no complaints at all.

Sehr zentral gelegen! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der private Parkplatz war sehr gut gesichert und super erreichbar. Netter Innenhof zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer wurden hübsch eingerichtet und waren sauber. Für diesen Preis ist das Hotel auf alle Fälle zum weiterempfehlen.
