GWど真ん中にパーシャルオーシャンビューを3部屋予約してましたが、3部屋ともオーシャンビューの部屋になっており皆大喜びでした。部屋からの眺望は、昨夏利用させていただいた隣のヒルトン宮古島よりも良いのではないかと言うくらい素敵でした。フロント、朝食ビュッフェレストランのスタッフともにとても親切なご対応していただきとても快適に滞在させていただきました。また是非利用させていただこうと思います。

미야코지마 여행 중 알라만다 스위트에 묵었어요. 가장 인상 깊었던 건 가성비. 풀빌라가 이 가격이라고? 싶을 정도로 룸 사이즈가 크고, 프라이빗 풀이 딸려있어요. 다른 지역이면 두 배는 받을 가격대. 객실은 솔직히 살짝 연식이 느껴지긴 해요. 다만 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 청결도나 컨디션 자체는 문제 없음. 高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。 スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。 数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先で スタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。 二度と行かないと思います。

Stayed in junior sweet for 5nights. The hotel staffs are all kind. The breakfast was awesome. The location was also great. Close to Miyako airport , you can walk to bars and restaurants.highly recommended
