The hotel is well maintained and complimentary apple juices given and located just right beside check-in counter. All staffs are friendly. Just a drawback that it is located about 15 minute walk away from Aomori Station.

The room was very clean. I loved the pillows for neck support and the mattress was comfortable. The bed was good sized for 2; there was charging available on each side of the headboard and lights could be adjusted on each side.
