Great location, nice and quiet but only 5 minutes from the station. The kitchen area was good, but lacked facilities. I needed to ask for plates, bowls and cutlery. A toaster would've been useful.

Lobby music is disturbing. Because it depends on the taste of the receptionists in the evening. The some receptionist are rude and not informative enough. Only problem is the inadequate quality of the receptionists.
