Along with 3 restaurants, this hotel has a full-service spa and an outdoor pool. Free WiFi in public areas and free valet parking are also provided. Additionally, a nightclub, 3 bars/lounges, and a health club are onsite. Housekeeping is available on request.
Raffles Dubai offers 240 accommodations with iPads and DVD players. Rooms open to furnished balconies. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas and include day beds. Beds feature premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. LED televisions come with digital channels. Guests can make use of the in-room espresso makers and minibars. Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing.

It was a nice hotel. I appreciated the upgrade very much, but unfortunately it was to a smoking room. The smell of old cigarettes was not pleasant. Otherwise, everything was great.
