"Great Arty hotel right on the Harbour."
Location, Finishes and style of this Hotel are amongst the best in the world. My suite room 14 was absolutely stunning, luxury throughout. And views to die for. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again (tho may give their sister Hotel Lone a try) and would recommend it to absolutely everyone.

"Modern hotel with style"
The hotel is quite lovely with excellent rooms, food and staff. It will probably be the top on for our two week visit of Croatia.

"Great Hotel in Wonderful Surroundings"
We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here on half board basis. Great walks in natural woodland and rocky beach surroundings. We participated in several of the hotel events - Guided walks in city of Pula, and local surroundings, local boat trips, healthy feet exercise led by Julia Antonia, culinary workshops, group bicycle rides. Romeo was an excellent and informative guide leader. He is very friendly and helpful and a great asset to the hotel. We went a full day organised boat trip to Rovinj - a beautiful old town but very hilly. On our own we took a bus to Labin, an old mining town, and a train to Pazin, which has the largest castle in Croatia. Pazin is great for the adventurous as it has a zip wire ride across a very deep gorge. The evening entertainment could be better. It is mostly just loud background music. We would have liked something to get up and dance to. Our first week was great for sunbeds, except for those surrounding the pool which were taken very early in the morning, but our second week was much busier and because we usually went for a morning walk all the sun beds were taken by lunchtime- however people were not using them, they just left their towels on them. The hotel should have a policy to remove towels on unused beds after 2 hours or so. We built a rapport with some of the waiters and would have liked to be served by them on a regular basis but they are moved around all the time. A special mention to Alen J, Ivan and Manuella.

The location of the hotel is very nice, from our room we were able to look at the Adriatic Sea. The hotel was kept very clean, we could see staff cleaning the pool area every morning. Sitting on a terrace outdoors and looking at the sea while eating breakfast, watching the birds fly around was very charming and relaxing.

"Wonderful Hotel"
One of the most wonderful hotels I have ever stayed in and that's including The Park Hyatt with Opera House views in Sydney. The food in the restaurant was superb and the sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. At the moment because of building work on the way you cannot walk around the shore into the old town but the hotel is providing a free shuttle bus. The pool was easily accessible with rails and steps into the water and the beach, although all pebbles provided great swimming opportunities.

"A fantastic place to stay"
Really welcoming and friendly staff; perfect location close to a small rocky beach (take water shoes); plenty of shade in the trees around the hotel. Plenty of water sports and other beaches / swimming areas on the peninsula within close walking distance. Beautiful sunsets every night with great views of dolphins swimming past on two evenings. We hired a car for 2 days which was surprisingly cheap (about £40 per day) and visited the old town of Rovinj (45 mins drive) and Cape Kamanjac (30 mins) at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula which were both well worth the trip. Glass bottom boat trip organised by the hotel was also great fun. Pula aquarium is 5 mins walk from the hotel and well worth a visit. Less than 2 hours flight time from Heathrow and only 1 hour time difference were an added bonus.

Excellent stay, Hotel rooms were basic and small for a 4 star hotel, Air con in rooms and public areas could be better. Staff services were very good (bar, catering,) Ferry service to mainland was very good, but more info should be provided by the hotel about drop off and pick up points. We travelled with friends and both had queries when booking out. Both parties were charged for several miniature bottles of Jack Daniels used from the mini bar. Neither of them drink Jack Daniels. One of the reception staff was not happy about removing the charges from the final Bill. If you use the mini bar note what you drink!

"Nice hotel, close to centre and easy to find"
The hotel was easy to find, although you need to remember to look for 'DD' City Centre. Upon arriving we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who showed us where the car park was, which was only a couple of minutes walk round the corner. The car park was basic but large and had a barrier so felt secure. Reception was clean, bright and airy. We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect for what we needed, it was only a 5 min walk from the centre, you are literally at the top of the hill, so down by the police station and across the road and then go through the gates to the city and you'll be in the main part. All hotel staff were friendly and chatty, got some good recommendations on where to eat and what to do/see. Breakfast was included in our price, it was continental along with boiled & scrambled eggs, sausages and other pastries etc available, there was also fresh fruit and yoghurts. Our room was nice and clean, the bathroom had a great rain shower in although they could have finished the bathroom off, there were a couple of pipes which had tape over them, maybe they thought about putting in a towel rail but decided not to, so no where to hang towels but that's not a major issue in life. All in all, a good clean and friendly hotel, I would stay again in visiting Pula

"Wonderful place to relax"
We are travelling full time and booked a week at the hotel to have a base for a short period of time. We needed a quiet place where we could do some online work and have all of the details taken care of. The Park Plaza Belvedere Medulin was a perfect fit. It was wonderful to not have to think about meals and just focus on a bit of work and self care. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. The concierge even found a national football game on the satellite tv for us one evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Divsici hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
