Good location in Didim.. long way from the temple

Good location just off the sea front and the main road. Nice hotel and freindly welcome set the tone from helpful front desk guy. Nice Turkish breakfast included

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms are great. Staff seemed friendly, breakfast was good, usual Turkish offerings. Pool is lovely, bit smaller than I personally prefer, as is the surrounding area, but looks great. Overall a nice hotel.

Fantastic hotel basic but very clean very friendly

It was a brilliant hotel very friendly nothing to much trouble for the staff.i happen to mention to the owner I love the atmosphere among staff they don't jump when he comes in he said we are more like family I respect them and they do their job and more because they all work as a family unit.How amazing is that.

Hotel Central and clean

The hotel is central to the beach.The staff are friendly and helpful.The pool is closed due to the time of year.Breakfast is excellent.The Hotel is basic so don’t expect anything more but on the plus side it is kept spotlessly clean including bedrooms.Still at Hotel and will post final review after leaving.

The hotel was basic with good customer service. However, I had issues with the shower which were not put right. The bedsheets were not changed during my 3 night stay. I moved to a different hotel for my next 4 night stay.

Otel konum olarak güzel sahile 5 dk yürüme mesafesi, market hemen karşısında. 4 gece 5 gün konakladık bir kere oda temizliği yapılmadı. Otelin etrafı lağım kokuyor odanın içine kadar giriyor bu koku. Çok rahatsız ediciydi. Park sorunu çok fazla kiralık motorları otelin önüne koyuyorlar küçük oldukları için her yere sığabilen bir araç rica ettik boş bi yere çekmeleri için aracımızı koyacak bi yer bulamadık çünkü fakat çekemeyeceklerini söylediler. Yardımcı olmadılar üç sokak arkasına park etmek zorunda kaldık. Üç kişilik oda tuttuk balkonda iki sandalye vardı resepsiyonu aradık bir sandalye daha istedik, aşağıda yalnız olduğunu bizim gelip almamızı söyledi ,aşağı almak için indiğimizde ise sandalye vermeyeceklerini böyle bi hizmetleri olmadığını götürüp hemen geri getirmemiz gerektiğini söylediler, garipti. Kahvaltısı güzel, çeşit olarak yeterliydi.

Altinersan apart ayak üstü işletmesi

Giriş yaparken bile başlayan ilgisizlik kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca devam etti. Buzdolabımızın bozuk olduğunu defalarca iletmemize rağmen yok görevli arkadaş uyuyor yok siz bir daha bakın yoksa ben bakayımlarla sürdü devam etti. Sürekli soğuk içecek temin etmek zorunda kaldık. Çıkarken tekrar buzdolabının bozuk olduğunu bari gelen insanlar için tamir edilmesini söyledik aa bakmadılar mı? cevabını aldık. Odada olmayan kumandalar , temizlik görmemiş tozlu odası, sesli gürültülü misafirleriyle aparta uğramazsanız memnun kalacağınız yer yoksa sinirlenirinizi bozabiliyorlar oyalayan tavırlarıyla. Otelin karşısında parayla aracınızı bırakacağınız yer var bırakmayın bir sokak ötesi boş . Didim ne kadar güzelse Altinersan otel müşteri ile ilgilenen arkadaşlar ve otel de o kadar kötü. Bir daha tercih edilmez asla.
